As millennials, we've grown up in this mindset where we see everyone as our competition. It's become a norm to do things on our own, and if we are working with another female, we start to struggle. We need to start moving away from this! Life is HARD, we need a strong support system!
It's super important to remember that your vibe attracts your tribe. If you're trying to work on yourself, but you're surrounded by toxic people, the toxic is going to outweigh the good.
There does come a point where you have to look within yourself too and fix your mindset because maybe you're the problem. Are you giving off that negative energy? If so, would you want to be around yourself? A lot of times when we begin seeing others badly, it's a reflection of ourselves and something that happened to us when we were younger. Dig deep and find out what is contributing to your feelings. Brittney even told us her own story about what led her to realize that she was the problem and how she helped fix herself.
It's also important to be your own hype girl! If you're not your own hype girl, no one else is going to be. Give yourself that love that you're giving to others!
