Manifesting an Abundant Filled Life ft. Jasmine Lipska Campbell
This is College presents the Millennial Girls Podcast sponsored by Dezo!
In honor of female history month, we will be having some badass women on our show! Today, we're joined by self-love coach, Jasmine Lipska Campbell!
How do we find our gift in order to create an abundant life? We talked with Jasmine to see what tips she had for us!
After graduating high school, Jasmine had no idea what she wanted to do with her life. One day, she went semi-viral after posting a video about following her intuition on Youtube and subscribers started pouring in. So, she kept making videos and answering questions, which led her to find this love for helping people.
Three tips from Jasmine are:
Shift your self-talk. Our thoughts need to be aligned with what we want in our lives.
Be inspired by others. If you see yourself becoming jealous over someone else's life, change that feeling into inspiration. Think about how that person is showing you what is possible.
Surround yourself in a positive environment. This could be books, podcasts, and people.
Making these small changes in our life can help us change our mindsets.
Some other tips that Jasmine has for anyone seeking self-love:
-Be unapologetic for creating your dream life. Don't apologize for doing, or working toward, what you love!
-Don't compare your journey to someone else. You are on your own journey. Everyone works at different speeds. It took Jasmine four years to be where she is now, it doesn't happen overnight.
-Set boundaries to protect your energy. Whether it's social media or people, have boundaries to help keep you in that positive mindset.
They say that if you do what you love, you never work a day in your life, and Jasmine is living proof that this is true! She is so busy yet it doesn't feel like "work" to her.
